You, the customer should read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Buying or using purple:avenue's products or services implies that the customer has both read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service.
License
purple:avenue grants the customer a the right to purchase our products sold via the purple:avenue's
web-site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Limited Use Granted
The customer may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either the customer or the customer’s client. In order to use the same template design on another web-site or for other projects, further copies of the template must be purchased.
Modifications
The customer is authorized to make any modification(s) to purple:avenue's products to fit the purposes of the customer (e.g: the mix & match page).
Unauthorized Use
The customer may not place any purple:avene products, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without the prior written consent of purple:avene.
Assignability
The customer may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without the prior written consent of purple:avene.
Ownership
The customer may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any purple:avene products, modified or unmodified. All products are and remain the property of purple:avene. In particular, the customer agrees to have a visible link to www.purpleavenue.co.uk on their website, only for referral and not as any thing of a destructive or unpolite manner.
No Hidden Links
Some websites include "hidden links" back to their web-site from their products in order to increase their own web-site's Search Engine Optimisation. We guarantee that there are no "hidden links" in any purple:avene products.
Warranty
purple:avenue’s products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the juridical person of purple:avene be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use Bulletproof Templates’ products.
Guarantee
purple:avenue guarentee our products are checked before delivary to avoid confusion.
On Windows we guarentee consistent performance on the following browsers: Firefox 2.0, Safari 3.0, MSIE6 & MSIE7.
On Mac platform we guarentee consistent performance on the following browsers: Firefox 2.0, Safari 3.0.
In the unlikely event that a bug is found in any of our templates, we will fix it, timeously.
Return Policy
As purple:avene offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we do issue company price set refunds after the product is shipped (except where the product is shown to be not fit for use), which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please ensure that you have carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demonstration product. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
